Today, I wanna talk about a relatively new app that's out there called BLAB. I say relatively new because as of this recording, it's probably 6 months old already. I have been using it for probably, 4 or 5 months but didn't really get into it until very recently and it was then that I really discovered the power of it. I see so many great uses for this as a business. The idea of it is, I don't know if you are familiar with Google Hangouts, it's video conferencing where you can have multiple people in talking at the same time by ad takes that in messages with, I guess like Periscope live streaming. So, you are able to live stream your video while you are having a  multi person conversation and it will do up for 4 people visually on the screen and then it get's feature for people to communicate and talking and things like that. It's really got a lot of application for like interviews. If you want to interview people, things like that but it also has application for replacing the old video podcast, several people sitting there talking. I see a lot of application for this, for example, let's say you're a real estate agent and obviously your job as a real estate agent is to be seen as an agent who knows a lot so you could get several real estate agents together where you could bet maybe somebody who knows something about weather proofing your home or other aspects of things that a new homeowner would be interested in. You get them in on a blog. You can have a conversation with them and each of the participants can then take that video, you can upload it to Youtube. You got a channel there where you're creating content that gives you more and then they can share that out and they seen as experts in their field. So, there is a lot of application I think. I have used it now for a couple different things, a group of podcasters, we got together and we talked about podcasting and what works, what doesn't work, things like that, which is just a great information of piece for somebody to watch and if what you are saying is of interest to them, they will contact you, of course, push them some tips and tricks, that ways to get interactions as well as ways to get feedback, things like that and that's not my focus here is how to do Blab, my focus here is to get you out there, you can go to blab.im, you can download the app or you can do it on your desktop. I find I prefer the desktop because I can set up lighting, I can set up a microphone, I can have my photo and quotes studio environment and allow me to control some things more, I can have other screens up with informations that I'm gonna cover. It's a little more difficult if you're holding your phone and trying to do other thing but again I could see a use as you got people remotely, who are using your phone to remotely call into your show, so you can do a live throw to somebody who was added or something like that, maybe you have trade show, you have regularly scheduled blab ware where you are talking about a subject in your field and you go "alright, so now I wanna bring in Joe, who's got there at the trade show and talked to me about what you're seeing there or a virtual sound seeing tour where he can work around with his blab running with his camera and kinda showing you where you're walking and what's going on where it back. You can be ads creative as you want to be. Now, when it's done, it record the thing. You can click on the record. There is on the record. By default it is off the record and there is no replay but if you click on the record or click record, it then, fast as it is, makes it available on cut for people to go to your blog profile and watch again or you can do like I have done where a lot of people have done. You then download the file, you control that in whatever editor you have, throw your intros, your outros, your logos, things like that and make it look a little more professional plus still getting that great feel that this is something new, something cutting edge and that you're out there, you're still working on the new things.
